Work culture that has compassion and co-passion as building stones, is not a myth - recognize everyone's strengths and build a well-functioning team

None of us has been spoiled for getting positive and encouraging feedback, praise, and value. Building on strengths and creating a compassionate and engaging culture at the workplace is a central area of my research, and provides a rich content for my trainings. Over the years, my work with communities, organizations and individuals in more than 15 countries has shown that a work community that is based on compassion, co-passion and goodwill, gives everyone room to succeed and be human. It builds sustainable well-being, which enables the thriving of all individuals – and eventually, the whole company.

Training and coaching of work communities is a central part of my job. I have trained extensively both early childhood and primary education personnel and supervisors, as well as companies and organizations with an interest in the recognition and use of strengths, well-being, inspiration and building a positive feedback culture. Finding and building one’s resources and capacities, as well as those of the teams, is essential.
